What are the challenges of marketing and innovation development projects? 

Amalia Georgescu : Developing products that meet consumer expectations, offer real benefits such as efficiency, tolerance, and ease of use is the foundation of every project. It reflects our daily values and is our duty. Our goal is to propose innovative products that disrupt the existing market offering, providing a different response to consumer needs while delivering lasting value. These products are designed and tested by our specialized Research & Development teams. Additionally, our aim is to have a positive impact on our socio-environmental ecosystem and ultimately make the world a better place.

How did you come to choose an agile methodology?

During a training session we attended with you, it simply opened our eyes to a need we hadn't felt before. I found your training very inspiring, and you provided us with practical tools to implement the teachings easily.

What are the advantages of Insightquest in supporting this approach? Why does the SPRINT meet your expectations?

A.G. : Not surprisingly, this approach has charmed many of my colleagues. There are three main reasons: :

  1. Being able to co-create a response, such as a product concept, that aligns with consumer expectations is highly rewarding and profession
  2. Hearing firsthand the reactions of consumers, the strength of their opinions (positive and negative), their needs to better understand, and sometimes simply the lack of arguments to convince them, is incredibly valuable and impactful.
  3. Working in a multidisciplinary team, gathering all the minds around the table for a common goal within a limited time, propels the project forward in a constructive manner and in a very short timeframe. At the end of the SPRINT, we know what needs to be done, when, why, and how...

What have been the results of this support?

A.G. :  The brands of Pierre Fabre Dermo-cosmetics (Eau Thermale Avène, A-derma, Ducray) quickly embraced this method. When a solution works so well, internal testimonials create waves. We have gained clarity in our messages, precision in our communication regarding consumer needs, strength in proposing solutions, understanding of our consumers' daily experiences and realities. I would also add that there has been an improvement in team spirit, trust in others, and constructive communication regarding needs and expectations.
