Managing Partner
An expert in innovation and customer experience, Marc supports major groups in implementing customer-centric strategies and programs thanks to his in-depth knowledge of consumer insights and the ins & outs of customer journeys.
Marc provides key input on the following kinds of assignments: customer awareness consulting, value proposition workshops, deployment of quantitative & data-focused approaches, training. Marc previously held a number of executive posts within several international research groups (Kantar TNS, Ipsos, Synovate) before founding Insightquest in 2011.

Marc is the holder of a postgraduate diploma in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics from the Aix-Marseille School of Economics (GREQAM).
Managing Partner.
An expert in brand management, communication and digital, Sandra works with major international accounts in the development of brand, innovation and communication platforms. She has a in-depth expertise in luxury and fashion.
Sandra provides key input on the following kinds of assignments: digital strategy consulting, brand-oriented workshops and creative development, qualitative methods, training.
Prior to joining Insightquest in 2017, Sandra held several management posts within different international research groups, including Kantar TNS.

Sandra is a graduate of the  Paris School of Political Science and has also successfully completed Google's "Squared Online"training program, along with "Innovation in the age of disruption" by INSEAD.

Client Director.
An expert in cross-category marketing, Julia is particularly specialized in brand and communication issues but is equally at home with more exploratory subjects and innovation.
Julia works closely with international accounts on the management of their marketing strategy. 
Julia has acquired valuable experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, luxury, service and FMCG sectors. Having managed an international portfolio at Millward Brown (Kantar) for 6 years, and then again at Brain Value, she joined Insightquest in 2017. 

Julia holds a Master's degree in Management & Marketing, and is also a dual graduate in Communication and Digital affairs. She has furthermore successfully completed the "Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption" training program run by INSEAD.

Alexia CHAN,
Senior Consultant.
An expert in leading innovation, Alexia works closely with clients from the luxury, FMCG and service sectors in the setting up of short, medium and long term innovation policies. She is primarily involved in the rollout of quantitative approaches.
Alexia previously worked in the Innovation department at Kantar TNS on quantitative programs and subsequently at Sociovision on strategic planning prospect/trend issues.  Alexia holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from the Lyon School of Political Science, a Research Mastership in Human Sciences from ENS Lyon and is a graduate of Kwansei Gakuin University (Japan).
